HOW DO I OBTAIN A NOTARY BOND?
It’s easy! Just forward your bond form to us as a fillable word document. Click HERE to be directed to Square for payment or give us a call to process the $55 fee. Once payment is received we will email you a scanned copy of your bond and place the original documents in the mail.

To you order your notary bond:
1) Forward your bond form to us as a fillable word document.

2) Click here to be directed to square for payment or give us a call to process the $55 fee.

3) Once payment is received we will pre-execute the bond form, email you a scanned copy along with required paid receipt and provide you with a complimentary $15,000 errors and omissions policy; then place the original documents in the mail.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR A PROBATE BOND?
There is an application process and a credit check required for probate bonds.
Email the drafted Petition/Court order to office@pilzer-gullickson.com to get started or give us a call to discuss the details of your case.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO COME TO YOUR OFFICE?
Please contact us before coming into the office. We can complete most of the approval process via phone and email prior to coming to the office. We will then schedule an appointment once the bond has been approved and is ready for signature.
